Terms of Service | RevWhisper

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using revwhisper.com, requesting an audit, booking a call, or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

RevWhisper is a brand of MCO CORP. We provide revenue-optimization services for short-term rental hosts, including dynamic pricing, listing content optimization, and photo optimization. You can reach us at Admin@RevWhisper.com.

3. The services we provide

We offer done-for-you optimization of short-term rental listings. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of a paid engagement are set out in a separate Service Agreement that you review and accept at enrollment.

4. The free listing audit

We may offer a free audit of your listing’s ranking, pricing, and conversion, delivered on a short call. The audit is provided for informational purposes to help you understand your listing. It does not create a client relationship, and requesting it carries no obligation to purchase. Any recommendations are our professional opinion, and you are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on them.

5. Eligibility & your responsibilities

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to:

6. Fees, billing & cancellation

Paid services may include a one-time listing optimization fee and an ongoing monthly subscription, as presented at checkout and detailed in your Service Agreement. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless your Service Agreement states otherwise:

7. No guarantee of results

We apply professional expertise and commercially reasonable effort, but we do not guarantee any specific level of revenue, occupancy, bookings, or search ranking. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your property, market conditions, and platform changes. Any figures, case studies, or examples on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.

8. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you will not:

9. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the RevWhisper name and marks, and our proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and processes — are owned by RevWhisper or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the site for its intended purpose. For paid engagements, ownership of work product is addressed in your Service Agreement.

10. Third-party platforms & links

Our services work alongside third-party platforms such as Airbnb and other booking sites, and the site may link to third-party tools and resources. We do not control those platforms. Changes they make — including algorithm updates, policy changes, or account actions not caused by us — are outside our control and are not our responsibility. Your use of any third party is governed by its own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The site and the free audit are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevWhisper will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. For paid services, our total aggregate liability is limited as set out in your Service Agreement; for all other use of the site, our total liability will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevWhisper from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any platform’s terms or applicable law, claims by guests or third parties related to your property, or your actions affecting listing performance.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then mediation if jointly agreed, and then binding arbitration in the State of Delaware before a single arbitrator. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
